These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the AI services provided by Callee AI Solutions (“Company,” “Callee AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our AI-powered solutions, including AI voice assistants, chatbots, and related services, you (“Client,” “User,” or “Customer”) agree to comply with these terms.1. Definitions
Services: Refers to Callee AI’s AI-powered solutions, including but not limited to voice AI, chatbots, CRM integrations, and real-time analytics.
Client: Any individual, company, or entity that subscribes to or uses Callee AI’s services.
Data: Any information, including customer interactions, analytics, and personal data collected during service use.
Confidential Information: Any non-public information disclosed between the parties in connection with the services.
2. Services Provided
Callee AI provides AI-driven solutions for customer service, appointment scheduling, and automated communications. Our services include, but are not limited to:
AI-powered voice assistants for inbound and outbound calls
AI chatbots for customer interactions across multiple platforms
CRM integration for personalized customer service
Real-time booking, rescheduling, and cancellations
Analytics and reporting on customer engagement and AI performance
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at our discretion.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information when subscribing to our services.
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when using our AI solutions.
Clients must not use Callee AI services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Clients are responsible for securing their own customer data and ensuring privacy compliance on their end.
4. Payment and Subscription Terms
Pricing & Billing: Fees for services are outlined in the applicable pricing plan selected by the client.
Payment Terms: Payments are due on a monthly or annual basis, as agreed upon in the subscription.
Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination.
Refunds: Unless stated otherwise, fees paid are non-refundable.
5. Data Privacy and Security
Callee AI complies with data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.
We implement security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Clients retain ownership of their data, but by using our services, they grant Callee AI the right to process and analyze the data to improve service performance.
Clients must ensure their use of our AI solutions complies with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining necessary consents from customers.
6. Intellectual Property
All AI technology, software, and systems developed by Callee AI remain our exclusive intellectual property.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use our services.
Clients may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell Callee AI’s technology.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of business.
This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the agreement.
8. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from errors or interruptions.
AI Limitations: Our AI services rely on machine learning and may not always provide perfect responses. Clients should monitor and optimize AI interactions as needed.
Compliance Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of Callee AI’s services aligns with industry regulations and laws applicable to their business sector.
9. Limitation of Liability
Callee AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
By Client: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused services.
By Callee AI: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Data Retention Post-Termination: Upon termination, client data may be retained for a limited time as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of UK Government.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, they will be settled via arbitration in [Insert Location].

They provide personalized customer service, including the opportunity for test drives to help you find the right vehicle.In this example we have used the Spanish model to create an AI agent tailored for a Spanish dealership. The AI agent has pre loaded data, an excel of what cars are available for test drive and the dealerships calendar to see if there is available time for a test drive. The Customer is enquiring about a test drive and the Assistant is collecting the customers details and booking it for them. Showcasing our booking system is a different language.
